Administrative Analyst

• Project COVID-19 vaccine demand using ordinal regression and R to prevent wastage and increase patient flow through mass vaccination clinics. • Technical lead on MyTurn state system for COVID-19 vaccine clinics, including advising Butte County Information Services on connectivity, failsafe and backups on implementation and procedures regarding clinic operations. • Conduct quality assurance on California Immunization Registry (CAIR) COVID-19 vaccine administration data among Butte County residents • Provided pandemic related resources to callers, maintain, and manage call data for these calls.


Public Service Employee – Mosquito and Vector Program

• Created a program in Python using TensorFlow that categorizes mosquito species from pictures of petri dishes and returns a summary table with the count each specie per dish processed, which decreased processing time by 30 seconds per petri dish (50%), for 108 petri dishes each day. • Developed daily rate of use model for consumable lab items to predict an ordering cadence for when the program should order more supplies.


Ballot Collection Technician

● Used GIS and Openstreet API to optimize ballot collection of 300,000 ballots from 190 designated drop boxes around the county in a timely and secure manner over a 2-to-3-week period by loading and testing real-time street data to reduce travel time in traffic. ● Produced over 300,000 Voter Information Guides by leading a team of 9 to physically maintain a complex printing press while troubleshooting a SQL database and real time data stream over an approximately 3-week period. ● Improved workflow by 25% by training 12 other Ballot Collection Technicians using organizational system theory to exceed deadlines.
